Job Description :
  • New Hire assimilation - Collecting Facilitator nomination and feedback on new joiners experience
  • Assistance in Location level associate engagements, Celebrating Cognizant events
  • Ensuring flawless management of the location and Pan-India town halls/Open houses e.g.: All India SM + meet
  • OHSAS awareness and adherence, maintaining and following an annual EHS activity calendar
  • Ensuring Emergency Response Preparedness and In house medical center
  • Facilitating self-governing action committees like Transport and Cuisine Crew. Maintain minutes of the meetings and follow-up on actionable till closure
  • Tracking Misconducts and disciplinary cases in PU
  • Supporting Internal and Client audits
  • Timely closure of all Primary Employer compliances - Annual, quarterly and monthly compliances (Maternity benefit Act, Min wages act, payment of wages act, Labour welfare fund, CLRA, S&E,
  • Liaison with the local legal consultants for matters related to statutory compliances, monthly register maintenance (sending data in time), Quarterly Audit reports for central team and all labour office visits.
  • Registrations and renewals of Registration Certificates under Shops and Establishments and Contract Labour (CLRA) of all facilities in a timely manner
