- 1+ years of experience administering an Enterprise WAN and LAN environment
- Advanced Cisco Wireless skills
- General Network Infrastructure understanding in a Cisco environment
- Knowledge of routing technologies EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewalls
- Experience with providers and configurations using Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity
- Ability to configure Routers, Switches and Firewalls
- Ability to think critically and solve complex issues
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external teams
- Experience with network documentation and diagrams
- Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience adapting in a dynamic work environment
- Experience working in a customer focused environment
- Ability to use network tools for troubleshooting issues
